Allendorf/Geretsried,  Sep 22, 2021 – The German government has made the use of new oil heating systems considerably more difficult. In addition, oil – compared with other energy sources - has by far the highest CO2  emissions and thus the highest CO2  tax burden. In many cases, gas is therefore currently the preferred energy source for the heating market because gas is more climate-friendly than other fossil fuels and the required heating technology is proven and cost-effective. Gas solutions can be used directly with renewable energies such as solar thermal energy or in combination with a heat pump as a hybrid system in renovation projects. Here, subsidies of up to 45 % are currently possible. And wherever there is no natural gas connection available, liquid gas is the ideal solution.

Viessmann and Tyczka Energy have concluded a cooperation agreement in order to develop this market in the best possible way and to be able to offer customers a strong overall solution. Viessmann is contributing its great expertise and market position in the field of heating technologies, while Tyczka Energy – as one of Germany's leading liquefied gas suppliers based on a Europe-wide trading system – is taking care of the suitable supply concept and the disposal of old oil tanks. For customers, this means that the changeover from oil to gas comes completely from a single source and thus functions smoothly. As with electricity, billing takes place via a meter at a fixed agreed rate. In addition, there are further advantages such as a possible warranty extension for the heating system, as well as a new customer bonus and free kWh.

Also, it is possible not to buy the heating system, but to use it for a monthly fee.
