Leadership Transition at Viessmann Deutschland GmbH
Dr. Frank Voßloh, Managing Director of Viessmann Deutschland GmbH and a member of the leadership team at Carrier Climate Solutions Europe, has decided to step down from his current roles and leave the company effective October 31, 2026.
Allendorf (Eder), October 22, 2026 – Dr. Frank Voßloh, Managing Director of Viessmann Deutschland GmbH and a member of the Carrier Climate Solutions Europe leadership team, has decided to step down from his current responsibilities and will leave the company on October 31, 2026. Viessmann Deutschland GmbH is part of the Climate Solutions Europe segment of Carrier Global Corporation (NYSE: CARR), a global leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions.
Over more than a decade in leadership positions, Dr. Frank Voßloh has played a key role in shaping the evolution of the Viessmann brand from a traditional heating technology manufacturer into a leading provider of climate and energy solutions. During this time, he successfully guided the German sales organization through significant market changes, including the expansion of the heat pump business and the integration into Carrier. In addition, Dr. Voßloh actively contributed to the advancement of the heating and energy industry through his longstanding involvement in leading industry associations.

Dr. Conrad Wiedeler has taken on increasing responsibility within Viessmann Deutschland GmbH over the past several years and has been a member of the management board since 2025. By assuming overall responsibility, Dr. Wiedeler continues this path, ensuring continuity for customers, partners, and employees alike.
