Viessmann's compact air/water heat pump, the Vitocal 250-A PRO, offers an innovative solution for heating, cooling, and hot water generation. The sound-insulated outdoor unit uses outside air as a heat source, operating quietly and efficiently. With continuously adjustable performance, the Vitocal 250-A PRO is ideal for the specific needs of larger residential and commercial buildings, as well as industrial operations. A single unit can generate up to 39.5 kW of heating power, and its full strength is achieved when cascaded to 79 kW.
Patented Safety Concept
A standout feature is the patented safety concept, which operates without the use of glycol or separation systems. The easy installation of outdoor units in series provides another convincing advantage over conventional devices on the market, resulting in high system efficiency.
Household Appliance Directive Allows Flexible Installation
Certified under the Household Appliance Directive (EN 60335-2-40), the system allows flexible outdoor installation without fencing. No additional electrical work is required, and measures according to the Machinery Room Directive are not necessary. The hydraulic unit can be installed either inside or outside the building.
Control Unit Vitocontrol A PRO with Many Advantages
The Vitocontrol A PRO control unit offers numerous benefits. It already includes up to three mixed heating/cooling circuits and a seasonal buffer tank. Hot water is either provided via a storage loading system or a storage loading pump. Alternatively, the Vitotrans 353 fresh water station can be used, which generates hot water via the through-flow principle.

Divicon EC-PRO: Efficient Heating/Cooling Circuit Modules for Heat Distribution and Comfort in Commercial Buildings
Viessmann's Divicon EC-PRO heating/cooling circuit modules are designed to maximize the efficiency of heat distribution in commercial buildings and provide a comfortable indoor climate during the summer by optimally supporting the cooling function of Vitocal PRO heat pumps. Featuring an integrated high-efficiency pump, the Divicon EC-PRO dynamically adjusts its performance based on current heat demand, reducing electricity consumption. An optional mixing valve motor regulates the heating water temperature to prevent overheating in the supply lines and heating surfaces, a key factor for efficiency and comfort in offices, hotels, and other commercial buildings.
Seamless Integration with Vitocal PRO Heat Pumps
The system is compatible with all Vitocal PRO heat pumps and can be seamlessly integrated into commercial heating and cooling systems. With the Cooling Kit, high-quality insulation ensures condensation-free operation, extending the system's lifespan and providing a comfortable room climate. The four nominal widths from DN 32 to DN 65, along with the commercial-grade flow rate of up to 13 m³/h per heating circuit, are complemented by the EC-PRO distributor in nominal widths up to DN 150. This makes the system suitable for applications up to 35 m³/h.
A special feature is that the heating/cooling circuit modules of the Divicon EC-PRO as well as the distributors EC-PRO are compatible with each other in all nominal sizes, allowing for particularly flexible adjustment to the heating/cooling needs of the building. The adjustable Kvs values of the mixing valves further enhance the flexibility and efficiency of the system.

Viessmann EC-PRO container solutions enable the quick and easy implementation of energy centers in both retrofits and new builds. Viessmann is pleased to announce the launch of the Offer Assistant PRO, which enables fast and easy creation of offers for complete energy systems. This innovative assistant is based on a guided configuration and will be available from April 2025 in the Viessmann Market Partner Portal. With this new solution, we are expanding our range of digital services for larger systems in the commercial and municipal sectors.
The Offer Assistant PRO provides digital support that significantly shortens project planning times. By selecting verified system diagrams, safe operation is ensured. The system's user-friendliness enables users to efficiently create and manage offers.
A central element of the offer assistant is the dashboard, which displays all offers clearly. Users can specifically search for certain offers and edit them by entering keywords or time periods. The ability to easily adopt offers for new projects significantly reduces processing times. Additionally, customer-specific data can be accessed via a login and integrated into the offer creation process.
The result presentation is clear and structured. All components of the new energy system are summarized in a parts list, which serves as the basis for the offer creation. The associated system documentation is also provided, and the corresponding tender texts are available in various formats.

Vitoligno 300-C: Viessmann Expands its Portfolio with Powerful Biomass Boilers
Viessmann has expanded its product range with two new biomass boilers, the Vitoligno 300-C. These boilers offer a power range of 60 to 90 kW and 110 to 160 kW, with the possibility of installing a cascade of up to four boilers, enabling a total power output of up to 640 kW. The already integrated cascade controller makes this setup quick and easy to implement.
The new boilers are ideal for use in larger multi-family homes with ten or more units, commercial buildings, industrial applications, hotels, swimming pools, and process heat applications. The platform concept of the Vitoligno 300-C boilers convinces with identical parts across the entire power range, simplifying installation and enabling universal compatibility with various feed techniques, reducing the variety of spare parts needed.
Non-measurable fine dust
A standout feature of the Vitoligno 300-C boilers is the staged combustion, which ensures high efficiency and low emissions. This is achieved through a lambda-supported primary and secondary air control. The emptying of the two mobile ash containers is virtually dust-free. Optional particle filters reduce the fine dust to such an extent that it is not measurable during an exhaust gas test.
Numerous automatic functions
The Vitoligno 300-C boilers offer numerous automatic functions that make operation particularly comfortable. These include energy-saving glow plugs with low power consumption as well as fully automatic de-ashing via a double-rotary-bar grate. A suction system is available for the automatic filling of the large pellet storage container. A flexible auger at the pellet boiler is also possible.
Intuitive control with online monitoring
The new control concept with a 7” color touch display ensures intuitive handling. An assistant function makes commissioning the boiler easier. The ViCare app automatically informs the system operator when pellets need to be ordered or when the ash containers need to be emptied. Online, the specialist partner can always monitor the system and, if necessary, optimize parameters via remote diagnosis using ViGuide.
With the introduction of the Vitoligno 300-C, Viessmann takes another step toward sustainable and efficient heating solutions.

Commissioning the Vitoair PRO ventilation units is simple and user-friendly. The Vitoair PRO Mobile App allows for convenient device commissioning via a smartphone. Additionally, Modbus (RTU or TCP/IP) and BACnet interfaces are available, enabling integration into a building management system (BMS).
