Clear focus on partner wishes with sales support from a single source

The Viessmann Group has decided to merge the Sales department of PV+E-Systeme GmbH with that of Viessmann Deutschland GmbH at the beginning of next year. The merger will raise the effectiveness of the Sales department overall and sharpen the focus on electrical products and systems in the future.

Sep 18, 2019 –  Karlheinz Reitze, CEO of PV+E-Systeme GmbH, sums up the advantages: “The reorganization of the Sales department gives us, the Viessmann Group, the opportunity to provide even greater support to our customers who focus on electrical products, by targeting their special needs and requirements in this new market environment. In addition, our partners from the electrical trade can now also enjoy the advantages of our partner program V+. This is a win-win situation for everyone involved!”

Dr. Frank Voßloh, CEO of Viessmann Deutschland, adds: “The mutual support with increasing requirements and strong demand for PV and electrical systems and vice versa for fuel cell heating systems, as well as hydraulic systems, now enables us to make the pooled expertise available to our partners even more effectively. This is another important step in our transformation into a customer-centric company.”

Specialist tradesmen who, for example, are planning a complete electrical system or want to supplement a hydraulic system with an electrical system, will receive even more support from a single source from now on – from their direct Viessmann contact on site. The company is therefore focusing clearly on the wishes of its trade partners.

The individual support possibilities for partners interlock, just like the perfectly coordinated cogs of a clock. Tradesmen can benefit from the experience of a specialist planning team as early as the planning stage for PV or electrical systems. This also applies to the expertise of Viessmann staff in the 33 German branch offices, which are spread across the country. In addition, market partners can take part in training courses specially designed for electrical systems at the Viessmann Academy in Allendorf (Eder) or at the branch offices.

Last but not least, specialist tradesmen also benefit from short delivery distances and therefore fast delivery times by using the regional Viessmann warehouses. This makes processes simpler, quicker, and therefore more efficient for both Viessmann partners and customers.

The specialists from the electrical field will support their Viessmann colleagues on the traditional heating side in marketing PV, energy storage devices, and electrical products as well as complete systems, which are seeing growing demand.

The range of electricity-based systems includes complete solutions, for example, from photovoltaic systems or fuel cell heaters, possibly combined with energy storage devices, heat pumps, and electric hot water and heating systems. These solutions are complemented by energy management systems (EMS) as well as the ViShare Energy Community. The contractual partner in the ViShare Energy Community is Digital Energy Solutions GmbH. Numerous planning tools such as the System Adviser for quick system selection and the E-Planner for designing electrical underfloor heating systems support the specialist partner in executing their projects.
