With an overall score of "GOOD" (2.1), the Vitocal 250-A air/water heat pump achieved the top score in the Stiftung Warentest test in October 2023. The innovative heat pump was also ahead of the competition in the most important category "Energy efficiency and environmental properties in heating mode". The particularly quiet operation and ease of use were also a plus. The Vitodens 300-W gas condensing boiler has already impressed the testers in the past.

The Internet impacts all areas of our lives enormously. The same applies to the use and ongoing development of our products and systems. We ensure each and every Viessmann Climate Solutions device is upgradeable. For example, Viessmann Wärme+Strom allows users to access the latest generation of heating and energy solutions without significant initial investments. ViShare combines our first-class technology with smart electricity tariffs and unites private electricity producers in a community. With Viessmann Leads & ViContact, we provide our partners with a tool that makes order management even easier and more efficient. Adminprofi makes it quick and easy to register our electricity-generating systems.

Only with the bundled expertise of our highly qualified employees across the various divisions can we achieve our goal: Creating living spaces for generations to come. Like our portfolio of solutions, we also focus on the development of individual employees. This means that everyone receives the support they need to develop independently.
Professional development of employees and partners
Our comprehensive range of services is constantly evolving. The technical spectrum is becoming more complex and the product range broader. As a result, the demands on the qualifications of employees and partners are also growing. We offer seminars, courses and workshops at the Viessmann Climate Solutions Academy to expand know-how and keep skills at a consistently high level. We have been doing this successfully since the 1960s. Since 2013, all of our German training locations have been certified by TÜV SÜD in accordance with DIN ISO 29990 and therefore meet the high standards for training services. However, we not only offer these courses on site in Allendorf (Eder), but also via our digital training platform, the learning room.

In 2023, Viessmann Climate Solutions was awarded the "Golden Partnership Certificate" for the 17th time in a row as the No. 1 specialist trade partner. Every two years, the industry service "markt intern" conducts a survey of many thousands of specialist heating companies in the run-up to the ISH (international sanitation and heating fair). The manufacturers' performance is assessed in various product and service categories.
The iF Design Award design competition has been organized by IF International Forum Design GmbH since 1953 and is regarded as a global symbol of design excellence. In 2021, Viessmann Climate Solutions won the design award for the new generation of Vitocal heat pumps. Other Viessmann Climate Solutions products have also won the IF Design Award. In 2024, for example, the Vitocal 250-A PRO stood out in the large heat pump product category.
In 2020, Viessmann Climate Solutions received the Design Plus Award for the Vitocharge. The storage system was not the first Viessmann Climate Solutions product to win the design award. The Vitovalor PT2 fuel cell heating system won over the renowned German Design Council a year earlier.
