No pre-financing of the subsidy amount: Viessmann Wärme+Strom takes over the pre-financing until the subsidy funds are disbursed. Long waiting times for the disbursement of government subsidies are eliminated!
Simple and fast: Thanks to the video identification process and straightforward credit check, the installment purchase agreement can be concluded quickly and conveniently online.
No mortgage or Schufa entry
No residual value at the end of the contract term: At the end of the term, the heat pump belongs to the customer without any additional costs being charged to them.
